More Moet Please

Jan 29, 2017

Champagne corks popped for Triple Crown and connections when More Moet stormed home for sensational win in the $30,000 Class 1 & Maiden Plate (2000m) at Kembla Grange on January 28; giving Team Snowden a winning Saturday treble in the process.

Ridden by premier provincial hoop Mitchell Bell, the pair settled perfectly in third position just one off the fence until the pair headed the field at the 400 metre mark and simply powered away for a 4 length victory over Ready For Success.

“We thought he was a good chance to run really well today but didn’t expect such a dominant display! He loved it out there and Mitch rode him perfectly.

“We’ll continue to work him through the grades and Triple Crown should continue to have a good bit of fun with him,” said co-trainer Paul Snowden.

The three-year-old son of More Than Ready out Prerequisite was purchased by Team Snowden’s exclusive syndications partner for $70,000 at the 2014 Gold Coast Magic Millions Yearling Sale from Vinery Stud.
